Do not touch corrosive, hydrochloric acid kind materials, do not soak or clean with saline water, leave them in water.
If the knife is blunt, please use professional sharpening stone instead of a rough sharpening stone or rod, this will severely damage the steel core and the beauty of the texture.
Use a sponge to wash with, dry right away with a soft cloth and some tricks is to oil them with vegetable oil lightly.
