Kichler Lighting 5905FST Frosted 60W 120V T-3 Candelabra Based Krypton Lamp is suitable for use with all Kichler lights requiring a T-3 Candelabra base with a 60W (maximum wattage) required lamp. Krypton lamps create sparkling white light by eliminating yellow dullness and provide a higher lumen output at a lower wattage. 5905FST is more efficient, has a longer lamp life lasting an average of 3,000 hours and is easily dimmable with a quality standard incandescent dimmer. The primary design benefit of the Krypton lamp originates with the Krypton and xenon gas mixture employed to fill the lamp. The inert gas blend provides extended life over comparable halogen lamps, less bulb wall heat for easier handling and a similar color temperature of approximately 3100K. Krypton gas possesses a heavier molecular structure and a higher atomic weight than the standard argon gas, thus insuring slower circulation and heat transmission resulting in slower tungsten filament evaporation. Slower filament evaporation results in reduced blackening of the lamp walls and a higher maintained lumen output. 5905FST comes one per package. The 12V S8 wedge base fixtures include six (6) 24.4W 3156K Krypton lamps, emitting light without troublesome glare or hot spots. Highly Energy Efficient LED lamps are available as well, and can be purchased separately, that can be used in place of the included Krypton lamp. The LED lamps are offered in different color temperatures (2700K, 3000K, & 4200K), giving you maximum control over the look you desire. The 15315AZT6 measures 20 Inch in height and 6-Inch at their widest point and are installation-friendly with an 8-Inch in-ground stakes and 18-Inch stems that are included. Each 12V incandescent S-8 wedge base socket includes a 24.4 watt (VA) bulb that sheds soft, balanced light where it’s wanted, without troublesome glare or hot spots. The “VA” (volts x amps) rating on Kichler Landscape products represents the value used when calculating the total system load. This VA number will help you determine the correct size transformer for installation. The 12 volt fixtures come bulk packed in a case of 6 with 25-feet of 16-gauge wire and universal connector for low voltage junction.
